Debbie
Ngai - Goldman Accounting
Services, Consultant Debbie has over 23 years of experiences in providing assurance, consulting and CFO support services.She developed considerable experience in H and B share and PRC state-owned enterprise audits both in HK and China from 1992 to 2004. And she was engaged to do consulting business for China companies going public in US since 2005 to 2011. After that to now, she focuses on the SEC Reporting for US Public Companies where she prepares annual reports, quarterly reports, registration documents, and proforma financial statements, and assists Companies to tackle different accounting issues, liaison with their auditors and assists management to prepare Management Discussion and Analysis. In additions, she helps company to implement SOX works.
Debbie is a US CPA of the Washington State, a HK CPA of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is also associates of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
